Many users in the United Kingdom have reported some kind of undesirable behavior after getting the hottest Android 4.4 KitKat on their smartphones. This is why the company has suspended the HTC One UK update in order to identify and fix the existing issues.
It just turns out that HTC has stopped rolling out the OTA (over the air update) so that more users can be saved from embarrassment.
This is a common scenario that if a user is not getting the kind of stuff that he/she has been longed for, then this will definitely be somewhat irritating and agitating.
Unavailability of the HTC one UK update can save users from monotony. It is quite awkward to see that the update does not bring the stuff that was claimed by the company. Now it is better to run the currently available mobile operating system and delay your desire to acquire the latest version of Google’s Mobile OS.
The upgrade was rolled out on 24th of February, but now has postponed. We are not sure whether the company has suspended the update to tackle the issues detected by users or there is something else to deal with. Anyhow, the bad thing is UK users will not be able to enjoy the amazing features of KitKat Android.
There is no word available on how long this going to take to bring the update back to its waiters. If you are also worried about the problems discussed above, then please refer to the below statement that comes from HTC.
“We are aware that a limited number of HTC users are experiencing difficulties with the KitKat update. As a result, all FOTA updates have been temporarily suspended. HTC is committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience and we are working hard to resolve the issue quickly.”
Please bear this in mind that the update is cancelled in the UK only, not on their parts of the world. So users from the rest of the regions should not be worried in this regard.
