It would not worth at all if I start putting lots of gossips here, instead you must be served with some decent facts. The good news is that about two dozens of Samsung phones will be updated to Android 4.4 over the coming weeks/months. Before the end of first Quarter, Note 2 and S3 will also join the KitKat party.

It is also being said that other devices including Galaxy S4 Mini, S Advance, S3 Mini, Note 8.0 and a few others will grab the same Android flavor in the coming weeks.

Unluckily, the Galaxy S2 and the first generation Note has not been yet added to the update list

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra, Z, Z1 and Tablet Z all have been picked up for the KitKat treat. Moreover, the manufacturer has also confirmed a slew of mid-range devices to be added in the upgrade – Xperia T, SP and Xperia V.

Both the G Pad 8.3 and G2 are ready to grab the hottest Android OS versions. Nevertheless, no exact date is available for the rollout.

Most US carriers are running on HTC devices and that’s why it is necessary for the manufacturer to update its top lineup. Currently, the HTC One Mini and the One Max both are on the hot seat, the Droid DNA is also opening its mouth for the crispy KitKat.

Motorola, now a Google-owned company, takes the advantage of its ownership. Lots of Moto phones will be getting the KitKat update, now or later. Among those are Moto X, Moto G, Droid RAZR HD, RAZR M, RAZR Maxx HD, Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and more.
