Users of both these smartphones must have been looking for the hottest Android 4.4 KitKat updates, and finally they will be able to see it on their phones.
LG has done a great job here by skipping the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and directly sending out the latest version of the Google’s mobile operating system. Luckily, both the LG L9 II and the LG G Pro Lite will get the treat. This is great news for those looking to hear about LG KitKat updates.
The official Facebook page of LG Italy has proclaimed that the LG L9 II should begin getting the fresh software update in a few coming weeks. Similarly, the LG G Pro Lite should get the same by the end of Q2.
Nevertheless, reports from Slovakia suggests that the L9 II is already getting the KitKat update. This is a bit strange to see because both the statements do not match.
The newest Android 4.4.2 KitKat does not come along, but also brings stability improvements, bug fixes and battery performance enhancement. However, the most important thing to mention is the availability of LG’s KnockCode feature. Therefore, users will be able to enjoy the improved features without coming across any stability issue.
The original LG G2, Optimus G and the G Flex all have obtained this as part of the software update.
