Sony Xperia Z Ultra has been officially announced. The device was previously known by its pretty famous codename “Tograi”. It features a 6.4-inch monster touchscreen display and a Snapdragon 800 chipset. Let me tell you that this is the super-fast ARM chip used in a phone to date.

The device uses Sony’s X-Reality tech and OptiContrast, which is the inheritor of the Mobile BRAVIA tech. The company has put a 6.4” large display on this phone which gives users about 60% more surface to work with as compared to the other 5-inch Smartphones. Consumers can easily use a regular pen or pencil as a stylus as well as a dedicated capacitive stylus.
There is a dominant Adreno 330 Graphics Processing Unit to add more to the quality of display. The Xperia Z Ultra is backed by a powerful quad-core krait 400 2.2GHz processor. So it makes the Ultra Z as Sony’s first device to appear with the 800 chipset. The company has a lot of expectations from this upcoming flagship device.
