A few months back, we came to know about the LG G Watch which would be a wonderful thing for the wearable stuff lovers. The smartwatch was said to be released in the 2nd Quarter this year running the latest Android wear platform from Google.
However, now it seems that the release target has been missed and the device will be announced on some later date. An interesting rumor suggests that these wonderful wearables can also be given away for free to the attendees of the Google I/O conference which is going to be held later this month.
Though the LG G Watch has now gone official so far, yet its specifications and features leak out through twitter. This proves that they guys who leaked these specs already know about the device details.
The LG G Watch is going to sport a 1.65 inches display with a pixel resolution of 280 x 280, 4GB internal storage and 512MB RAM.

Luckily, this time we also see the exact dimensions of the LG G Watch which are 37.9 x 46.5 x 9.95mm. If we compare this with the Samsung’s Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch, then it’s a bit wider and predominantly shorter. LG’s watch weighs only 61g and that’s the reason why it is lighter too.
We will let you guys know if the device comes out with any prominent announcement on June 25 at Google’s I/O event. Further the Motorola Moto 360 is also expected to make its official announcement on the same day.
